Processing Time
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • First item shipping: $4.75

  • Additional items: $2.40 each

Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Australia

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Kiel’stdesigns is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
