At Kiel’s Custom T-Shirts, we take pride in the quality of our products and designs. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

SIZING ISSUES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

RETURN PERIOD

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resealable condition 

• Original tags and packaging must be intact 

• shipping fees are non-refundable 

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
